Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Although we aim to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, we cannot provide any guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside this time frame. Because we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customers' deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket costs or other costs resulting from delayed deliveries.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 days of placing the order. The shipping time is stated on the checkout page because the delivery time depends on the region and weight. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order.

If you would like to receive your order faster, you can upgrade your shipping costs at an additional cost. Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we cannot control and also delays if a holiday season is approaching.

We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, courier errors, strikes or delays, nor for any additional costs, customs or back-end charges. No refunds will be given for these circumstances. If the courier did not deliver the order and the tracking number shows that the order was incomplete, the only way we can resolve this is to reship.

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages returned to sender for any reason. Please enter correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item ships, we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at support@janaie.com. We will then not be able to provide a full refund. However, we can send you a new package for $15 shipping.

30 Day Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide you for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To make a request, send an email to support@janaie.com

You are responsible for the shipping costs. Any items originally included with your purchase must also be returned. You must provide a valid tracking number for your return in order for us to issue a refund. Upon receipt of the return and inspection of the product, we will issue your approved refund to the original payment method.

Damaged product

In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects, buyers have the right to request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to support@janaie.com. If the case is deemed valid, Janaie will cover all related costs for your return.

After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers cannot request a refund for any reason.
